Protecting and managing your Investment

We pride ourselves in being able to provide valuable after sales services and to this end we have created a range of services to help you manage and protect your investment. Since we understand that it can be difficult to manage your vacation home from a distance we have created a dedicated villa management service team.

We offer a more maintenance-orientated service, Villa Management, designed to keep your vacation home in optimum condition for you and your guests. We also offer a rental program that is offered in 2 categories holiday rentals or long-term rentals to maximize your financial return on your investment

Details of all service offerings are listed below

Villa Management Service

  • One-a-week check on all electronic devices, facilities and the building of the house by our engineer.
  • Prepare a report of defects or damages (if any) found in the house to the homeowner along with a competitive quotation to fix the problem or suggest alternatives.
  • Monitor tasks performed by third-party suppliers to make sure your house will be well looked after.

Cleaning Service (only for out-of-residence villas)

  • Twice-a-week cleaning on your villa, i.e., sweeping and mopping the floor, removing dusts from windows, chairs and tables, watering indoor plants, as well as sweeping a pathway or driveway to the villa.
  • A full wet clean of all bathrooms at least once a week.
  • Air all rooms to prevent mold from growing in your villa.
  • Run every tap for 5 minutes and flush toilets at least twice weekly.

Please note that the villa’s owner is required to provide basic cleaning equipment such as brooms, a vacuum cleaner, a mop, buckets etc. as well as a floor cleaning solvent.

Rental service

Holiday Rentals

  • Inventory check per check-in and prior checkout
  • Check-in & checkout service
  • Free Internet connection in each villa
  • Daily maid service
  • Twice weekly linen & towel change, as well as laundry of used linens and towels
  • Complimentary guest supplies of shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, etc. during the stay
  • Complimentary welcome pack of bread, butter, eggs, jam, etc. (provided on the arrival date only)
  • 24-hr emergency call service
  • Guest satisfaction management

Long-Term Rentals

  • Inventory check per check-in and prior checkout
  • Check-in & checkout service
  • Guest liaison service and assistance
  • Collection of a monthly rent, utility and other service payments from a tenant
